An Oregon Coast native, Pastor Kelli Westmark loves Lincoln City and is blessed to pastor in the same county her great-grandmother pastored. She enjoys studying God's Word, praying, reading and connecting with people. She coordinates a 365-day prayer ministry for 90 churches on the Oregon-Pacific Nazarene District and teaches "The Power of God Prayer Seminar" throughout Oregon. She has served for 3 years as the North Lincoln Ministerial President. Pastor Kelli received her Master's of Divinity at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts for Youth Ministry at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho where she teaches online as an adjunct professor.
Her favorite verse is from Ephesians 3:20-21, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to Him be all glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever, Amen."
Dave & Sandy Westgate
David and Sandra Westgate are excited to volunteer to work with Children’s Ministries.
We have been married for over 40 years and in that last 20 years we have had various roles in other churches. We have led an AWANA program with over 70 kids, led several children’s Sunday schools as well as Vacation Bible School. We look forward to new opportunities to work with the children at Lincoln City Church of the Nazarene.
Our background outside of church includes work with the developmental disabled as well as previous work with a non-profit dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. We also have led and participated in many Parenting workshops.
Our favorite scripture is from Philippian’s 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me."

Cindy Belleque was born and raised in the Willamette Valley until she went away to college. She received her degree in Communications from Judson Baptist College, got married and raised her four children. When the youngest was in Kindergarten, she went back to work in a preschool as an aide, decided she loved it so much that at 40 years old, she went back to school and earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in public and private schools for the last 14 years, spent the last two years as a children’s librarian in Mt. Morris Illinois.
Cindy has served alongside her husband of 36 years in pastoral ministry and full time ministry with InFaith, An American Mission. They have worked as puppeteers, in the creative arts, camps and many other venues to spread the Good News of the Gospel of Christ across the United States. Both love spending time with their grandkids (7 of them)!
Cindy is a quilter, artist and avid reader.
